In my last post here Move Your Body to Lose Weight, I looked at how important it is to get your body moving in order to begin the process of not just losing weight, but also getting healthy in the bargain. You see, its no good just giving up a load of food and expecting to lose weight and keep it off if your body is not fit and healthy enough to maintain that level of weight. Here in this post I’m gonna be a little less specific now and sort of ramble where mt thoughts take me on the subject of easy weight loss.
