Preparation

The opening intro post Weight Loss Tips, got us underway quite nicely, so now its time to start thinking about getting into the swing of things and get some ideas flowing as to how best to get the preparation stage underway when it comes to losing weight.

You know what you’re capable of. Getting rid of that spare tyre is the ultimate aim here. My theory is based around my assumption that most people have a blockage concerning this. I have to remember to do what I like doing and stop chasing this. One good turn deserves another. You have to move your body. It’s important to keep your vitality levels up. Work on your body.
